The Client Feedback extension is a component & module combination that uses an AJAX feedback form to allow clients the ability to comment on development site (while also keeping track of the client's browser, OS, etc.).
This extension was built in an effort to help the feedback/support cycle. Now, clients (or anyone for that matter) can browse a site, spot an issue or have a question about a particular page, and submit a feedback form without ever leaving the page. Every feedback form (in addition to the client’s comments) records information about the client, like their browser, operating system, screen resolution, etc. With this information developers & designers can get a better picture of what the client is seeing.
